An isomagnetic collector was a technology used to reduce the particle wake produced by a starship's impulse engines.

An alternate timeline-version of the Enterprise NX-01 acquired this technology from the Ikaarans after having been thrown back in time one hundred seventeen years from 2154. This Enterprise's T'Pol gave her counterpart the specifications for the collector to help Enterprise avoid the accident which transported them back in time in the first place. (ENT: "E²")
