The International Space Agency (or ISA) was the first cross national space organization of Earth, which was active in the early 21st century.
ISA was founded sometime prior to 2032 and to some extent replaced many of the major space agencies of that era, like NASA.
Among the greatest achievments of ISA was the first manned mission to Mars, Ares IV, in 2032. (VOY "One Small Step")
