Internal transporter nodes were devices embedded within the body of One, an advanced Borg drone formed from the merging of Seven of Nine's nanoprobes and The Doctor's mobile emitter in 2375. They allowed One to transport himself at will, without relying on external technology. One used them to transport aboard a Borg sphere, to save USS Voyager from destruction. (VOY: "Drone")
