An incubation pod is a Borg device that provides care for infant drones.

In 2376, on a Borg cube crewed only by five neonatal drones, Seven of Nine removed an infant from a failing maturation chamber. She intended to place it in an incubation pod, but the pod was malfunctioning and she had to transport it to USS Voyager. (VOY: "Collective")
