Inavar Prime was the inhabited prime planet in the Inavar system. This system was located in the Delta Quadrant. Former Borg drones Two of Nine, Three of Nine, and Four of Nine had their implants removed on Inavar Prime. However, the surgeon was unskilled in the procedure and so their organs sustained damage and their bodies were left scarred. (VOY: "Survival Instinct")
