The IKS Y'tem was a Klingon Bird-of-Prey that was in service with the Klingon Defense Force in the late 24th century.
The Y'tem served in the combined Federation / Klingon / Romulan fleet assembled at Deep Space 9 in mid-2373 in preparation for a possible Dominion invasion.
It was one of the final ships to complete repairs prior to the face-off. (DS9: "By Inferno's Light")
