The IKS Vor'nak was a Klingon Vor'cha-class attack cruiser that was in service with the Klingon Defense Force in the late 24th century. Vor'nak was commanded by General Tanas.
In 2374, it transferred five crew members to the IKS Rotarran, including Alexander Rozhenko. (DS9: "Sons and Daughters")
