The IKS Buruk was a Klingon Bird-of-Prey that was in service with the Klingon Defense Force in the mid-24th century.
In 2367, the Buruk transported Gowron to a location near the Gamma Arigulon system to attend the Sonchi ceremony after Chancellor K'mpec's death, and later the Rite of Succession held aboard the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "Reunion")
According to the script for this episode [1], the pronunciation for Buruk was "BOO-ruk".
