KahnraH cast the deciding vote to seek negotiations with the United Federation of Planets in the comic book series Star Trek: Klingons, Blood Will Tell. Through the five issue series, he engages in a debate with his grand-daughter, K'ahlynn, about what his vote will be, during which he recounts to her various exploits of past Klingons shown in the Original Series (TOS), but from their perspective.
KahnraH bears a resemblance to the actor, Sean Connery, who was approached to play the role of Sybok in Star Trek V: The Final Frontier.
