I, the Jury is a novel by Mickey Spillane. Mike Hammer makes his first appearance in it.
In 2370, Miles O'Brien loaned Odo a copy of the novel. (DS9: "Profit and Loss")
The PADD that Odo is holding is actually a re-use of the PADD with the fairy tale of "Rumpelstiltskin" from "If Wishes Were Horses".
