The Hyralan sector was a region of space.

In 2370, this sector was the rendezvous point for the mercenary ship commanded by Arctus Baran and the Klingon Toron-class shuttle of Koral. However, the USS Enterprise-D intercepted Koral's shuttle before Baran arrived. (TNG: "Gambit, Part II")

According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on pages 61 and 66, this sector derived its name from the neutral star system Hyralan (Alpha Caeli). This sector was located in the Beta Quadrant. This sector was given an alternate name - Quebec -, and a network of outposts, codenamed Quebec, were located in this sector. These outposts monitored the Romulan Neutral Zone.
