Howard Itzkowitz is the actor who played the cargo deck ensign in Star Trek: The Motion Picture.

Itzkowitz appeared in the films Thank God It's Friday (1978, with Phil Adams and Michael Durrell) and Amateur Night at the Dixie Bar and Grill (1979, with Ed Begley, Jr., Henry Gibson, and Mary McCusker), in the episode Going, Going, Gong of the television series What's Happening!! (1978), and played various roles in the television series Marie (1980-1981).
