Horatio could refer to:
- Horatio Nelson, an admiral in the British Navy in the early 19th century
- USS Horatio, a Federation starship in the 24th century
- The Horatio Hornblower series of stories
- Creator Gene Roddenberry was said to have based some characters and concepts of Star Trek on the Hornblower fiction
Some novels, and possibly comics, have referenced Leonard McCoy's middle name as "Horatio", although it is not known if it was derived from the canon information devised by the production staff of the series.
