High Voltage Software is an independent game developer. Founded in 1993 and based at Hoffman Estates, Illinois they develop for a wide range of video game systems and publishers. In 1995 they were responsible for the Sega 32X port of the Interplay Entertainment title Star Trek: Starfleet Academy Starship Bridge Simulator.
