For the USS Voyager crewmember, please see Hickman.
Hickam was a command division Starfleet officer assigned to the USS Bellerophon during a mission to Romulus in 2375.
While the ship was orbiting the planet, Doctor Julian Bashir overheard a discussion between him and Wheeler about Admiral William Ross having suffered an aneurysm. (DS9: "Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges")
Hickam was played by Joe Reynolds in his only Star Trek appearance.
The script for "Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges" refers to the character as both "Hickam" and "Hickman." [1]
