Heva VII was the seventh planet in the Heva planetary system, in the Delta Quadrant. This planet was located near Akritirian space. A refueling port was located here.
When Neelix, while using his ship to rescue Harry Kim and Tom Paris from an Akritirian prison in 2373, was stopped by an Akritirian patrol ship, he claimed to search for Heva VII. (VOY: "The Chute")
