Ensign Hendrick was a crewmember aboard the USS Enterprise-D in the 2360s.
In 2367, he was the on duty transporter chief when Geordi La Forge overwhelmed him and beamed down to the surface of the planet Tarchannen III. Later, Hendrick informed Commander Riker over com that La Forge transported down to the surface. (TNG: "Identity Crisis")
Hendrick was played by stunt coordinator Dennis Madalone and was listed as "Transporter Technician" in the end credits of the episode.
