Henard was an engineering officer of the USS Voyager crew while the ship was lost in the Delta Quadrant.
In 2371, Henard was ordered by B'Elanna Torres to help retrieve Federation technology from a damaged Kazon raider. (VOY: "State of Flux")
Henard was portrayed by regular background actor Richard Sarstedt, who normally portrayed William McKenzie. As for most of his appearances, he received no credit for this performance.
