The Hazari (known as Species 4228 to the Borg) are a race of bounty hunters who pride themselves with their word and honor when it comes to a bounty.
They were contacted by Kurros of the Think Tank, under the disguise of a Malon, to capture the USS Voyager and her crew. (VOY: "Think Tank")
