Crewman Hayes was a crewmember aboard the Enterprise NX-01.

In 2152, when it appeared as if Ensign Travis Mayweather had been killed in an accident, Lieutenant Malcolm Reed launched an investigation, and found that Hayes had seen him shortly before the accident. Hayes stated that she passed Mayweather, but that the two of them did not speak. (ENT: "Dead Stop")
