Hars Adislo, a Bolian male
Lieutenant Commander Hars Adislo was a Bolian male Starfleet officer. Hars was an author of a paper on thermionic transconductance written in the 2370s.
In 2374, Hars attended the Nel Bato Conference where he met Jean-Luc Picard.
He was later onboard the USS Enterprise-E for the Evora reception following their joining of the United Federation of Planets in 2375. (Star Trek: Insurrection)
