Lieutenant Commander Hars Adislo was a Bolian male Starfleet officer. Hars was an author of a paper on thermionic transconductance written in the 2370s.
In 2374, Hars attended the Nel Bato Conference where he first met Captain Jean-Luc Picard.
He later visited the USS Enterprise-E for the Evora reception, following their joining of the United Federation of Planets in 2375. (Star Trek: Insurrection)
Hars Adislo was played by actor John Hostetter in his only Star Trek appearance.
