The Gulf of Alaska was a large gulf of the United States of America, and was located south of Alaska. A major island of the gulf was the Kodiak Island. Anchorage was a major port of the gulf. (TOS: "The Cage")
This gulf was identified on a political map of the North Pacific region. This map was retrieved by the Talosians from the USS Enterprise library computer in 2254.
