Template:Realworld Greg Strangis was a staff writer for the Star Trek: The Next Generation during TNG Season 1. He was credited as "creative consultant" for the episodes "Angel One", "Datalore" and "The Big Goodbye", for his work in rewriting the scripts or dialog in those episodes.

During this time, Strangis also submitted at least one of his own undeveloped stories for TNG, entitled: "The Neutral Zone." Despite bearing a similar name to the Season 1 finale, "The Neutral Zone", the premise was completely unrelated.
