Gravesworld was a remote ringed planet.
In 2293, the location of Gravesworld was labeled on a star chart, which was included in the plans for Operation: Retrieve. This chart was from the Starfleet Command Intelligence Database. (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country)
In the mid-24th century, Dr. Ira Graves lived and worked here, along with his assistant Kareen Brianon, until his death in 2365. The nearest starbase to the planet was Starbase 6. (TNG: "The Schizoid Man")
In 2371, the location of Gravesworld was labeled in the star chart Data and Picard were studying in stellar cartography aboard the USS Enterprise-D. (Star Trek Generations, display graphic)
The planet model first used here for Gravesworld would later be used for an unnamed planet ("The Dauphin") and Mariposa ("Up The Long Ladder").
