Zefram Cochrane referred to himself as a Judas goat, when he was convinced to lure the Companion into a trap set by Spock and James T. Kirk. (TOS: "Metamorphosis")

In 2365, when the Bringloidi had to evacuate their planet, they took their goats and sheep with them aboard the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "Up The Long Ladder")

Q insulted Worf, in 2366, by calling him a Klingon goat. (TNG: "Deja Q")

The script of TAS: "The Magicks of Megas-Tu" describes the character of Lucien as "half-goat, half-man, complete with cloven hooves, horns, and tail. He is the image of all the goatgods of supernatural mythology." The same script includes a scene wherein Lucien was to dance with Kirk, Spock and Dr. McCoy, behavior that the script describes as Lucien's "violent goat dance," although the dance is not included in the episode's final version.
