Gina Hecht (born 6 December 1953; age 60) is an who portrayed Manua Apgar in the Star Trek: The Next Generation third season episode "A Matter of Perspective" in 1990.

Hecht was featured on the American sitcom Mork and Mindy from 1979-81. She starred in three failed television series: Hizzoner, Everything's Relative and Heartbeat. The latter was a starring vehicle for Kate Mulgrew. Hecht was a recurring guest star on a number of television series including Life Goes On, Seinfeld, ER, The District and Any Day Now. She also appeared on St. Elsewhere and L.A. Law in the 1980s; Blossom, Friends and Diagnosis Murder in the 1990s; and Providence, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Will & Grace, JAG, Everwood, Strong Medicine and Desperate Housewives in the 2000s.

Hecht was one of the leads in Night Shift, directed by Ron Howard. She had supporting roles in St. Elmo's Fire, Edtv, and Clockstoppers, directed by Jonathan Frakes.
