Changes: Gideon Council

The Gideon Council was a governing body of the planet Gideon. When Spock asked to beam down Ambassador Hodin said that he would have to take it up in the next full session.

Hodin spoke with the USS Enterprise while in a Council chamber. There were five people in the room, but it is unknown how many were assistants, or council members. (TOS: "The Mark of Gideon")
