George De La Peña (born 1955) is the actor who played Lieutenant junior grade Orfil Solis in the Star Trek: The Next Generation first season episode "The Arsenal of Freedom". An accomplished ballet dancer, De La Peña was a former soloist with the American Ballet Theater. His Broadway credits include On Your Toes, The Red Shoes and Woman of the Year. He also had a featured role in the original Los Angeles performances of Cats.
