George Baxter is the actor who portrayed David in the Star Trek: The Next Generation second season episode "Unnatural Selection". As a featured actor he received no credit for his appearance.

Baxter worked in the transportation department for the drama Good Will Hunting (1997) and the mystery thriller Resurrection (1999, with Leland Orser). For the latter one, he served as driver for Christopher Lambert. Other acting work includes The Young and the Restless, General Hospital, Emerald Nights, the films Unbearables and Liberation, and several commercials, industrials and stage plays such as "Fiddler on the Roof" and "Cannibal! The Musical".

Today, Baxter is living in Boulevard Park, Washington and is known as George Baxter-Holder.
