George was a friend of Jennifer Sisko. Jennifer attended a party at George's house the day before she met Benjamin Sisko, who she eventually married. Later, because she was confused how Sisko, who was visiting his past aided by an Orb of the Prophets, knew information about her, Sisko claimed to have him as a mutual friend. It was uncertain, though, as to whether Sisko actually knew George. (DS9: "Emissary")
