Geometric constructivism was an Earth art movement from the early 20th century originating in Russia.

In 2366, Ensign Williams of the USS Enterprise-D painted a picture that, according to Data, had a "striking style was heavily influenced by geometric constructivism". (TNG: "A Matter of Perspective")
