AT: "xx" Admiral Gene Roddenberry was a top Starfleet officer, serving from the late 23rd century well into the 2370s.

In 2293, he was named as a Starfleet Command officer on the dedication plaque of the USS Enterprise-B. (Star Trek Generations, dedication plaque)

In 2354, he was named as a Starfleet Operational Support Services officer on a directory placard for Starbase 32, Maxia sector. His room number was 15850. (TNG: "Violations", directory)

By 2363, he served as Chief of Staff at Starfleet Headquarters in San Francisco, and was named on the dedication plaques of several Federation starships. (TNG: "Encounter at Farpoint", "Silicon Avatar" dedication plaques; TNG: "The Wounded" dedication plaque; TNG: "Redemption II" dedication plaque; DS9: "The Search, Part I" dedication plaque; VOY: "Caretaker" dedication plaque; Star Trek: First Contact dedication plaque; VOY: "Message in a Bottle" dedication plaque; DS9: "Valiant" dedication plaque; DS9: "The Dogs of War" dedication plaque)

In 2370, Harry Kim was awarded the Cochrane Medal of Excellence from the Zefram Cochrane Institute for Advanced Theoretical Physics. Roddenberry signed his name onto the certificate for Harry Kim on stardate 47302.5. (VOY: "Non Sequitur", production art [1])

In an unknown, alternate future timeframe, he was named as a Starfleet Command officer on the dedication plaque of the USS Pasteur. (TNG: "All Good Things..." dedication plaque)
