Gene Green worked as project coordinator at the Tillman Water Reclamation Plant. Together with fellow coordinator Bob Krivak he coordinated the day filmed on location for the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "The First Duty". The scenes were filmed on Monday 27 January 1992 under director Paul Lynch.
