Gene D'Angelo (24 July 19244 November 2021; age 97) [1] was a comic book color artist. He began working in the 1970s and continued through to late 2002, finishing his career with an extended run on Supergirl written by Peter David, coloring seventy-five of the eighty issues printed. Other comics at DC he had extended runs on included Action Comics, DC Comics Presents, and the various Justice League titles. His talents were tapped four times during DC's TNG series when Rick Taylor was unavailable.
