Gemaris V was the fifth planet of the Gemaris star system, and was the homeworld of the Gemarians.

The planet was visited by the USS Enterprise-D in 2366, where Captain Picard was needed as a mediator. He successfully negotiated a trade agreement between the Gemarians and the Dachlyds. (TNG: "Captain's Holiday")
