Gema IV was the fourth planet in the Gema planetary system, and the site of a Kazon-Nistrim colony during the 2370s.

Tierna told Chakotay that First Maje Jal Culluh had taken his son there to be raised as a servant. According to him, Gema IV was defended by a Nistrim force sufficient to destroy the USS Voyager. (VOY: "Basics, Part I")
