The Garo VII system was an inhabited planetary system. A planet in this system, Pandro, was the homeworld for the Pandronians, a warp capable species.
Prior to stardate 7403, the system was discovered by the Federation. (TAS: "Bem")
Presumably, the Garo VII system was located in the Alpha Quadrant.
