Gamma Hromi II was the uninhabited M-class second planet in the Gamma Hromi system. This system was located within the Hromi Cluster.
In the 2360s, this planet was the home to a Gatherer outpost. In 2366, the Federation starship USS Enterprise-D tracked the Gatherers to this planet. The Gatherers attempted an unsuccessful ambush on an away team from the starship, and a truce was agreed upon by both factions. (TNG: "The Vengeance Factor")

According to the Star Trek: Star Charts (pgs. 61, 66), the Gamma Hromi system was located in the Beta Quadrant, and was aligned directly between Earth and Qo'noS.
