Galor IV was the fourth planet in the Galor planetary system. An annex to the Daystrom Institute was located on this planet.

In 2366, Admiral Haftel, upon learning that Data had created another Soong-type android, strongly requested it to be sent to Galor IV for study. (TNG: "The Offspring")
