Fullara was an obsolete Vulcan ritual which repressed a memory and emotions associated with that memory.

Some time in the late 2130s T'Pol had the fullara performed to repress the memories of killing Jossen. The memories of the ritual would also be repressed. (ENT: "The Seventh")
