Fredick was an Enaran Regressive.
During the "voluntary resettlement" in which the Regressives allegedly moved to a distant colony, he resisted the authorities and attacked Korenna Mirell, knocked her to the ground. Shortly after this incident, Fredick and another Enaran Regressive, Dathan Alaris, were executed by a thermal sweep. (VOY: "Remember")
Fredick was played by stunt actor Scott Leva, who received no credit for this appearance.
