Franklin
Franklin was a Human inhabitant of the failed Skagaran colony located in the Delphic Expanse.
He was friends with (former) Deputy Bennings and Nash. He assisted Bennings in his attempt to recapture Bethany, who Archer helped escape from jail. In the local shootout he was hit and felt from a window. (ENT: "North Star")
Franklin was played by stunt actor Cliff McLaughlin, who received no credit for his appearance.
