Francisco Xavier Pérez is a makeup artist who worked on the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "Violations" in 1991. On one of the call sheets he is listed as Francisco Carassosa. In 1992 he received a BAFTA Film Award nomination in the category Best Make Up Artist for his work on Kevin Costner's western drama Dances with Wolves (1990).
