Since returning to MA a few weeks ago, I've noticed that the site has been horribly slow. I didn't see any announcements regarding this (please redirect this thread if I missed one). I ran a speed report on the main page just now – 88.70 seconds to load on 56k, 18.5 seconds on T1. I wasn't sure if this was a Wikia problem or related to this particular site/server. I believe (though have no proof or inside information) that this is a Wikia problem, as the same times that MA is slow, so is the Wikia hosted Wookieepedia. --OuroborosCobra ^talk 22:17, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

88.7 seconds on 56k? It hasn't been that bad. Well... there was that one time... :P But, yeah, I'm sure Wikia and/or MediaWiki is/are just fiddling with things as always. :) --From Andoria with Love 04:18, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
