Engagement really isn't totally accurate I know but it is the best description. The bond that's formed at age seven connects their minds telelpathically and will 'pull' them back to eachother durring pon farr. But can they comunicate through it or is it just there as a presence in the back of their minds as a reminder of the fact that their joined?
