Hello. I would like to know in what century did Starfleet invent a time-travel technology or when did Starfleet start using it?

Also, when did a Temporal cold war start? In what century?

What species were enemies of Federation in 25-27th centuries?

We have no information on enemies of the Federation in the 25th-27th centuries, as that time period has not yet been significantly depicted in canon. Information on time travel can be found at the temporal mechanics article, possibly also at timeship. 31dot (talk) 12:58, November 24, 2013 (UTC)

Thanks. But I have one more question: are there any technologies which can change Space somehow in some area so that warp doesn't work? (Hope you understand me) P.S. I am not talking about Federation technologies.

Overuse of warp drive in general (regardless of who's it is) can create a subspace rift which does not allow for use of warp drive. The detonation of an omega molecule can also destroy subspace preventing all faster than light travel.(done by the Federation and others) The Klingons used a graviton pulse to force a Jen'Hadar fleet to drop out of warp in "Once More Unto the Breach". 31dot (talk) 13:47, November 24, 2013 (UTC)

Am I right saying that the detonation of an omega molecule also makes travelling through a wormhole to the area of detonation impossible?

That seems reasonable, though it wasn't specifically said. 31dot (talk) 15:41, November 24, 2013 (UTC)

Really seams like that, cause the omega molecule destroys subspace and it is said in an article about warmholes that they are subspace tunnels. Thanks for your help)
