I recently changed to the classic skin style and I've notice that when I read an article written in the real world POV the box that indicates a "real world POV" ( {{realworld}} ) covers a portion of my "go/search" entry field as well as part of handle, etc. Does anyone else have a similar problem with the classic skin and if so has anyone devised a solution? Apologies if this topic has already been discussed. Naufana 04:37, 31 August 2006 (UTC)

I don't really think the other skins were conisdered during any of the design of MA. If anyone else wants to easily see what he means, click here. An admin will have to edit the css for classic and define the "articletype" class. --Bp 04:53, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
I have the same problem. User_talk:Avron#Real_World_Point_of_View The advice I got was to change styles so there probably isn't much that can be done. - Avron 07:31, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
I just tried fixing that problem by adding some formatting to the stylesheet for that "classic" skin. Didn't really work though, and I've got other important things to do right now. I may try again another time, but please keep in mind that this skin has been essentially unsupported since MA switched to Monobook, which must be more have happened more than two years ago now. I already found several severe issues after just using that skin for five minutes, and I won't fix all this... -- Cid Highwind 09:42, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
Thanks anyway for trying. It's not a big issue for me. Although I am now interested to know what other issues you found. And yes, it has been at least two years, I was using it before I had my hiatus. - Avron 10:53, 31 August 2006 (UTC)

It would appear that the issue has been resolved. I was going to toy with placing <br>'s above the {{realworld}} hoping that it would drop it down a few spaces. Then see how it affected the other skins but it appears that someone fixed the problem, thanks. I just want to add I'm very new to MA and I absolutely love this site I think it's amazing I just want to thank everyone who makes this site what it is. Naufana 20:32, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
