I noticed that there was no PotD today, so the panel on the Main Page was reverting (or should that be "preverting"?!) to the image for 22 May (the Bajoran Fire Caves). I created a new page for today, 18 May (showing the Klingon courtroom from ENT: "Judgment"), but the Main Page is still displaying the 22 May/Bajoran Fire Caves image. I have emptied my cache and force refresh/reloaded the Main Page several times, but cannot get it to display the 18 May/Klingon courtroom image in place of the 22 May/Bajoran Fire Caves image. The problem is occurring in both Firefox and IE. Is it just my 'puter being naughty, or is there a problem with the template or Main Page? Taduolus 09:01, 18 May 2007 (UTC)

Ignore me, it seems to have righted itself. Unless somebody did some tinkering?! :o) Taduolus 11:12, 18 May 2007 (UTC)

A regular reload won't do it. You actually have to "purge" the template load in the db. That happens automatically, but not usually right away due to the queue of jobs that has to be done. If that makes any sense. :) -- Sulfur 12:01, 18 May 2007 (UTC)
It does, thanks :o) I was thinking about it over lunch - yes, that's how sad I am :o) - and figured it must be something like that. Well, either that or somebody had forgotten to re-align the phase inducers. S'always the way. Taduolus 12:58, 18 May 2007 (UTC)
