During the season finale of Season 3 of Star Trek: Enterprise, the Xindi superweapon reaches Earth. There are no Starfleet vessels surrounding Earth. There is only a research space station that is destroyed by the Reptilian Xindi. The space dock where Enterprise is refitted isn't even acknowledged. Yet when Enterprise returns to Earth after being sent into the the alternate past, there are at least a dozen ships that are surrounding Earth both Human and Vulcan. Why is it that there weren't any vessels whatsoever in Earth orbit when the Xindi come to Earth yet when Enterprise returns to Earth, the ships all decide to show up. One would think that after the Xindi probe killed 7 million people, Starfleet would leave a few ships in orbit to stand guard in case of any other attacks such as the Intrepid type class or the Warp Delta class. --96.3.121.23 03:48, June 24, 2012 (UTC)
